Sometimes being heard and supported is enough to get us through our challenges. I am here to listen, and to guide you through the rough spots that may be a little too close to push through alone.
I am trained and experienced in various forms of energy healing and bodywork. In my years of practice, I've found that with physical pain, especially anything long term or chronic, there can be an emotional, mental or spiritual aspect that may hinder any improvement. This is also true for anything gone awry in your life. By identifying and moving these energies along we can speed up the healing process and have lasting results.
I will be your supportive guide and give you an energetic push where needed. By aligning you and your soul across time and space, we will reattune the parts of you that are out of balance, so that you are prepared for what is to come next on your journey.

Energy Work
Energy is everything, and everything is energy. Even nothing can be something, even if it isn't anything. Thoughts and emotions are a perfect example. Time, solidity, distance-all made of the same stuff. Placing intent on energy can work miracles, under the right conditions.
Intent, consent, belief, will and awareness are some of the things that make the impossible possible. I intend to use all of these ingredients and more to help wherever I can. The sky is not the limit, but just where it starts getting interesting.
Shamanic Healing
Shamanism is probably about as old as the first civilizations here.
Before there were doctors, therapists, medicines, religions, and scientists, these roles were typically taken up by the few who weren't quite like everyone else. Having another type of outlook on the world, a sensitivity and a knowing, and an ability to affect things in an usual way, these people were usually outcasts. Misunderstood and even feared, fortunately for them they were necessary for survival.
Every culture had their own form of it, but all were basically doing the same things. Finding plants that heal, fixing mental and physical health issues, even knowing when to plant or where to hunt, or giving advice and resolving disputes were just some of the things that shamans did.
*In no way would I consider myself a shaman* My energetic approach to healing comes from a mix of different shamanic practices.
Myofascial Release
So many health issues can be linked to tight and restricted fascia in the body. It is the glue that holds everything together, and allows instant internal communication and connection. It is intricately woven throughout your body, even surrounding every single cell.
With extremely light pressure, patience and intuition, working with fascia can be life changing, sometimes even after one session.
Lymphatic Assist
Another overlooked and often ignored body network is the lymphatic system. It is one way our bodies remove waste and toxins. It is very delicate, and spread throughout our entire body. Surgeries, injuries, poor diet and exercise practices all impede this miracle function. Getting proper flow here can eliminate so many health concerns that it is almost unbelievable.
This is also a very light touch, and amazing results can be seen after one session. A few sessions can have you feeling like a new person.
